Perfect for dessert after dinner or even served as a nutritious breakfast! Ingredients: MAKES 4 SERVINGS120g Greek yogurt/ fat-free plain yogurt1 large egg white30 ml Almond milk (or your choice of milk)60g plain cake wheat flour/oat flour (blended oats)80g blueberriesSweetener to taste5 ml vanilla extract*Optional 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (not calculated in below calories)Instructions:1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.2. Mix all the liquid ingredients.3. Add the dry ingredients to the dry ingredients.4. Fold in the blueberries.5.
