SAGO PUDDING


I was so happy when I perfected the sago pudding recipe! It is super easy to make, it only took me 5 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to cook in the airfryer! How cool is that?


Ingredients:

MAKES 2 servings

1/2 sachet pure gelatine

10g (1/2 sachet low-fat vanilla instant pudding)

1 scoop vanilla whey protein METALAB

25g sago balls (soaked)

1/2 cup boiled water


Instructions:

1. Add 1/2 cup of boiled water to the sago balls to let them soak in the meanwhile.

2. In another bowl mix the gelatine and instant pudding with 2tbsp boiled water until thick consistency.

3. Add a scoop of whey to the pudding mixture.

4. Add the soaked sago in lastly and mix in.

5. Transfer the whole mixture into the oven/air fryer for 15mins at 180 degrees celsius.

6. Enjoy with ZERO custard or just as is!
